About Long Beach Food Coalition
Our Mission
The Long Beach Food Coalition nourishes our community through an innovative hybrid system we developed, known as the Full Circle Access Model™.
The Full Circle Access Model™ is a barrier-free, closed-loop system that rescues surplus food, transforms it into nutritious prepared meals, and distributes those meals directly to individuals experiencing food insecurity—while redirecting inedible food scraps to feed local animals, eliminating waste across the entire food cycle.
We strengthen our community through education, food literacy, and partnerships that reduce waste and expand dignified, compassionate access to nutritious resources for everyone in Long Beach.
